I like this particular brand because it is a wholefood Vitamin E that I enjoy taking with a meal, once a day. It is great as an anti-oxidant for my over all health, and also great to use when taking breaks from other stronger healing supplements, and to aid in maintaining healthy nails and hair.

My recent diagnosis resulted in my doctor prescribing antibiotics. I did get and take them with the knowledge it would affect my health gut and more. Thankfully it was only for 5 days! I reached out to my support platforms and got a list of supplements that would help going forward and any time I might have to consider antibiotics as a choice. This particular brand was highly recommended and I'm pleased with it, still taking it!

The pill size is good. Very easy to swallow and it is very absorbable. No stomach upset.
