Honestly, I don't know how to feel about this unit. I like the idea of the GPS vehicle tracker and the idea I can set up geo fences and alerts but there are some serious flaws with this GPS tracker. First, I do not receive the text message alerts on my phone. According to tech support, this is due to the fact that phone service providers filter out those alert messages. That being said, it renders the function of adding additional phone numbers for this device useless ( I think you can add up to 4 or 5 other numbers.) Second, I do not receive email alerts to my gmail. Again, tech support lays this problem on the internet service providers. This problem also renders the function of adding other emails useless (4 or 5 different email accounts.) Tech support has informed me to just rely on the app notifications for the time being....Last and very not least, the app itself glitches more often than not. Simply enabling and disabling geo fences has stopped working out for me. I sometimes have to go the website and update the geo fences. The device will also occasionally disarm itself. To top it off, after recharging the unit, the app does not register that the GPS unit is on, leaving you without a GPS tracker for a good while.I want to like this tracker. I really do. But it seems there are quite a few tech issues that keep me from utilizing some of the features that are promoted with it. Here's hoping they get it all worked out...UPDATE: Since posting my initial review, the notification issues I was having are cleared up for the most part. Still have the geofence issues I mentioned earlier but overall, the tracking unit has earned it's keep. With that being said, it has dealt with some extreme climate changes since I bought it. Here in Texas we will go through constant 100+ degree weather in the summer, to 18 degrees here in the winter. The tracker has withstood those climates and still works well. Bumped my rating up to 4 stars from the previous 3 stars.

Este equipo trabaja bien, tengo dos años que lo compre, el problema fundamental es el servicio de Aspenta, el cual NO ES BUENO, con frecuencia no puedes ver donde esta la unidad, no recibes los reportes que deben enviar cuando la unidad es apagada o encendida, cuando se mueve etc, te pasas días sin saber donde esta tu equipo, y lo peor es que le escribes a Aspenta y NADIE TE RESPONDE.. Cuando se termine el año de contrato no lo renovaré, pues me paso la mitad del año sin servicio habiendo pagado por un año.

My son bought Vectu in August of last year and two days ago his vehicle was stolen and was able to find it. He was able to track every moves the criminals made. When he finally found his vehicle it was in the back of someone's yard. Come to find out they stole several vehicles and three males were arrested. I recommend this to anyone who owns a Honda or Acura. The fools never damage the tracker how smart.

I bought 2.. the first one worked for 1 month and I paid for 1 year..it keeps blinking red. Won't charge. Can't track!! Customer service will NEVER get back to you... I sent emails over and over they never answered. When I wanted to pay for the new one they answered the same dayBUY YOUR GPS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!

Great product well used. I need a contract number to speak to representative. I can't not find paperwork.

These things are basically paper weights and are useless. You can not activate it because you can no longer buy a subscription. So why are these still being sold?

Works awesome. Had a little trouble the first 2 days trying to refresh but after a full charge it works flawlessly

So far it's working great it's sometimes loses the signal but that all depends just on your area
