I finally was able to purchase this product! I've been waiting so long for this product to be available in stock. I use it almost every day especially whenever I feel tightness on my calves, quads, and even feet. Most importantly, this is for an exercise, SNPE specifically, which is I found it useful when doing SNPE; correct postures, help me straighten arms behind back, support my spine to be straight up.

This massager is really nice. It’s great for rolling your lower back, your legs, and your shoulders. It’s a nice, sturdy wood and is easy to store. There are a lot of videos online showing ways to use it as well which is very helpful and inventive.

I got really lucky and got my hands on this when it randomly came up on Amazon. It’s usually out of stock here so I bought it instantly. So glad I got this for my SNPE workouts! I also have the wave roller as well, and I would say this is less painful to use for the workouts. Look for YouTube workouts that show you how to maximize working out with this tool. Quality is excellent and love how it came with a bag.
