This device definitely impressed! The cold and hot features are what surprised me the most. I know this is a facial device but it works as someone with chronic joint pain it comes in handy to have the option of using these and alternating between the two. It heats to help increase circulation for muscle comfort and relaxation. I have used it daily on my face combined with my Sephora cream and definitely see better results versus using it without it. My pores appear smaller and skin texture has improved. The best time to use it during night time to cleanse and apply my cream afterwards with cold therapy.

I received this product on June 14, 2020, and it stopped working on July 15, 2020 so was two days past the date where it can be exchanged/returned through Amazon. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one free of charge. The new massager is working great and I can see a difference in my skin.

I bought this for facial massager. I know they offer various other uses, like skin improvement etc., but I needed a good massager for my jawline. Two years ago I had surgery to remove a tumor growing inside my jawbone. I healed well, but at times my jaw just aches and nothing helps. Long ago, when I was dancing in the ballet school, I learned alternating heat-cold packs would reduce the swelling faster than either heat packs or cold packs alone. This little gems offers that! You can set it for heat or cold, with or without vibrating, in various levels of settings. Using it one time stopped the pain. I wish I had found this a year ago. So no more heating packs in the microwave to alternate with ice packs. This does both with just a click of a button. I slept the whole night for the first time in a long time.

Didn't get hot enough and definitely did not get cold enough to where it was actually warm feeling. It should be at least noticeable. As an Esthetician this was very disappointing. Boo.

I've only been using this device about a week and I do think that there is some improvement to my skin texture and pore size reduction. I'm not expecting miracle results but I am enjoying using this device. The hottest setting is not that hot and the cool side is not unpleasantly cold. The temperature difference can be seen almost instantly. I'm skeptical about the red/blue light business, but I'm trying it out. It seems well built and sturdy. It's quite pleasant to use. It's a bit awkward and messy to use for facial cleansing but after all my potions are applied, I generally use the hottest, red light, vibrating setting until the automatic timer shuts it off. I usually am watching TV to pass the time. I also am trying it on my hands to see if it will lighten the age spots a bit. Overall, I am please to have ordered this tool.
