Haven't fully tested it yet in my project(hoping to make my own EGT gauge). Simple testing proved to be fairly responsive. Using a max6675 board and fed the data into an Arduino Mega. Reads C* and F*... Would get the newer MAX31855 to use ideally. Not sure how the other reviewer set theirs up, but this does seem to function. Time will tell how accurate and durable it is.

tested the probe and it never gave me a reading bit disappointed as it looked like a decent quality when i pulled it from the package. cant recommend the item due to my experience tho and the fact the seller never got back to me after sending them a message about the issue.
