Great deal!
I read many reviews prior to buying and was aware of the issues some had with hooks riding up. Knowing this, we added a ratchet strap around all the bikes after installed and bikes mounted according to directions. We drove with 4 bikes on the rack including 2 ebikes from California to South Carolina and back with great success. The tipping feature is cool, but I’m not sure I could have done it with all the bikes on due to my own strength limitations. I am a 38yo female in good health, and I cannot lift the rack on my own. I did, however, assemble it on my own in about an hour. The assembly was very easy with a socket wrench.

Bends at receiver hitch
Was very excited to buy this before leaving on a summer vacation but a bit leery since they were using the reviews for their two bike hitch as this was just launched. After 10 days on the road it started to bend where it fits into the receiver hitch. Stopped by a welder and a auto shop since we were 1500 miles from home both told me with America’s crappy roads this design wouldn’t hold up to the constant bouncing. They tried to fashion a fix which didn’t work as the bikes were almost touching the ground .We had 1 Rad fat tire bike 2 mountain bikes and a kids bike which was less than half the weight the product claims to support.Leader did give me my money back and said this had never happened but I said this is a new product so how do they really know there isn’t a design flaw.Anyway bought a Hollywood rack which has a reinforced element where it slides into the hitch receiver. That lasted the remainder of our trip with no bend 7500 miles. Definitely worth the extra $100.

It works for my fat tire ebikes, but it could be better designed
I bought this to hold my ebikes to take from my home to fairly near by greenways and beltways in my area. For this purpose, it 100% works and does the job and was the most economical solution I could find at the time that was not a full trailer which requires extra cost and burden to register, do plates, etc...After using this for a few months, I am now looking to buy a trailer instead. Why? While this works well enough to get my heavy as heck (70lbs each!) from my home to the greenways we love to ride so much as a family. I am so unconvinced of the longer distance stability that I do not think I could convince myself to use this for a longer haul journey or vacation. The issue really all comes down to the decision they made to allow a way to lower the bike rack while loaded with bikes to a down position just enough to allow one to open their tailgate on their SUV. The problem with this added ability is really two fold, 1: The handle you use to release the square pin that keeps it in the desired position otherwise is exactly where all of the very heavy fully loaded weight of the bikes and rack rest on the ground when you lower it down. There's just no way this handle does not eventually break from holding such an extreme around of weight on such a weak point and was just all such a dumb design that I cannot believe that the people that made this thing ever actually used it before putting it on the market. 2: When you pull the prior mentioned poorly designed release handle to lower the bikes, it moves a square solid metal pin that slots into the make rack. Its this small square pin that holds all of the loaded weight of the bikes, it does not want to hold into place in a very assuring way either, and just seems like its only a matter of time until this fails at highway speed and if that happened, you'd lose your bikes behind you.I haven't had the prior mentioned issues with the frame holders coming lose, they included some additional pieces with a note on how to install it to avoid it coming lose while in transport and so far, that has worked without any issues for me.Does it hold the wide sized tires of ebikes? Yes!Does it hold the weight of multiple heavy ebikes? Yes!Is it easy to use? Yes!Is it affordable vs alternatives on the market? Yes!Does it have some flaws/issues? Yes, but they're manageable if you understand them up front.

Bent on first trip with a half load.
I would not recommend this rack. Bent on first use.I purchased this because it claimed to have a 280 lbs capacity. I put three bikes without batteries on it.-Fat tire ebike 65 lbs-Cargo e-bike 72 lb-Road e-bike 28 lbs. That's 165 lbs total.I put them on the rack from the heaviest bike closest to the car and the lightest bike on the back. On my first trip 400 highway miles the bike rack bent and was nearly dragging the ground by the end of our trip. I returned this and will find a better solution. If you're looking for a safe way to transfer your bikes I would look elsewhere.

Worst rack ever - bent
5 miles and this rack bent and dragged our bikes. Worst rack and purchase I have ever made. How do I give zero stars? And now I have to pay $6 to return it. They must know the metal tubing they are using is not of good quality or wall thickness. My guess is that is why they added the bar at the bend, but that is not where the problem is. It’s the tubing they are using. This was for the four bike version. 5 miles.
