We recently upgraded our appliances and the stove was very high end induction. Needing new fry pans we picked the nutrichef nonstick induction ready pans. We got the 8, 10, and 12 inch pans and the wok. These are fantastic. First of all the cook times are minimal. They are no stick. Wash up was a snap. They are light weight and come with glass tops. I am quite pleased with the purchase at this time.

Me arrepiento de haber comprado este sartén “antiadherente” porque la textura de la superficie de cocimiento genera que los alimentos se peguen. Lo compré para hacer omelette a la francesa pero no sirve, se pegan a la sartén… qué decepción !!!ENGLISH VERSIÓN: I regret having bought this “non-stick” pan because the texture of the cooking surface causes the food to stick. I bought it to make French omelettes but it doesn’t work, they stick to the pan… what a disappointment !!!

This is an excellent pan - food does not stick, and unlike some pans, does not need to be seasoned before use. Even though it is easy to clean by hand, it can go straight into the dishwasher after using which is another bonus. After time, it does develop a discolouration, but this is to be expected. It's been several months and this is now our go-to pan for every day use - we no longer use our carbon steel pan because it requires seasoning or the cast iron pan, which is very heavy. It also comes with a glass lid.
