HEAT LEVEL: High TASTING NOTES Used in all types of Caribbean Cuisine, Scotch Bonnet is a very hot pepper. It gets the name from its shape, which recalls a Scotsman’s bonnet. Closely related to the Habanero pepper, it is a bit sweeter, fruitier and hotter than its cousin Cranky RoosterGourmet Hot Sauces

Good flavor, not enough heat
All of the sauces had good flavor, but weren't as hot as I was expecting/hoping. I could put on a good amount of the ghost and scorpion sauces and not even need to take a drink. I didn't expect the scotch bonnet to be that hot. Using a comparable sauce from Dave's would have me sweating and wishing I had never been born. I do seem to have weird nightmares every time I use the scorpion pepper sauce, might be a coincidence.

The Ghost Chili pepper sauce if probably my favorite of the three
The Ghost Chili pepper sauce if probably my favorite of the three. The heat level on the bottle is 5/5 and the Trinidad is 4.5/5 but I think the Trinidad is hotter and so does a coworker who tried it but the flavor isn't the greatest. The Ghost pepper sauce has good heat, not over powering like other ghost pepper sauce, as well as good flavor!

Hot!
It's a bit pricey, but a little goes a long way. Definitely a vinegar sauceIt is definitely hot but not painful. It will loosen your sinuses and has a decent flavor.

Quite possibly the hottest sauce on the market.
Quite possibly the hottest sauce on the market. This was a gift for a co-worker that loves, loves, loves hot sauce and hot peppers. He claims there isn't a sauce that's too hot for him ... until now. He loved it. I see that this brand has some lower-heat level sauces for us weaklings to enjoy. I plan to order some of those for myself. I highly recommend.

Good Flavor, Lots of Heat
Scotch Bonnet is no where near as spicy as the other two, everything in this set tastes great and will satisfy all but the most extreme chiliheads. Extreme chiliheads being those that eat ghost peppers, etc whole.

Must-have hot sauce!
These sauces are each unique and delicious - if you are a lover of hot sauce and have a taste for adventure, you simply must try these! I bought them as a gift for my husband, but it turns out that we both love them now. Ghost Chili and Trinidad Scorpion are a little too hot for me, but the Scotch Bonnet reminds me of sweet & sour sauce/soup, but with more of a kick. Delicious!

Love!
Bought as a stocking stuffer for my hot sauce loving husband. He says these are the best he's even tasted. That said, these were not quite what we were expecting for packing heat.

Hot and flavorful
I bought this for my husband. He really likes it. The ghost pepper is his favorite. He says they are hot, but still have flavor.
