This is hands down my favorite baby purchase ever. The picture quality is incredibly clear, and I love how adjustable the camera is. Even after a year and a half of use, it still holds the exact angle I set it to without drifting, which really impressed me. I haven’t needed the two-camera feature yet, but I appreciate having the option for the future. The added night light is a nice bonus, and overall, it has been reliable, easy to use, and well-made. I would absolutely recommend this to new parents.

Best baby monitor ever! I've had this baby monitor for 4 years now and have used it every single night since we bought it. We mostly use it plugged in, but the battery still holds a charge like when we first got it (which was a big issue with other monitors we tried before this one). It's easy to use, very safe (since it doesn't use Wi-Fi) and the image is really good. My kids are a bit older now (6 and 3) but they love having the monitor on because they know we'll hear them if they need anything and they like the two way audio. It's definitely a great value for the money and I recommend it to all my friends.

Previous to BabySense I used baby monitors from Foscam and Vava. I was perfectly happy with those two brands until I had another child, and found myself looking for a split screen to keep an eye on my kiddos who sleep in different rooms. This BabySense unit BLEW the other two brands out of the water. Every minor thing I wished for on the other units came true on this one, plus the split screen feature I was desperately looking for. Literally the only thing that would make this unit perfect would be to have a button to activate/deactivate the split screen, and also the ability to choose which two cameras to show on the screen. It would be nice to be able to hear audio from both rooms at the same time, but maybe that would be asking for too much. The video is super clear on both day and night modes, and cameras are very responsive to the parent unit when adjusting angles. The zoom isn't bad at all. Sometimes when you are having a hard time seeing if kiddo is breathing, zooming in will cause the image to pixelate which equates to easily seeing movement. My parent monitor ended up perma-black screening for some reason (Was flickering for weeks up to the screen dying) and customer service was super quick to respond and send me a new monitor free of charge. They were very nice and courteous and responded quickly over the weekend. TLDR: - If you purchase extra cameras, you cannot choose which cameras show on the split screen. It will always be cameras 1&2 OR 3&4. We bought a 3rd camera hoping to split screen it with camera 1 but found out the expensive way that you can't. - No button to activate/deactivate split screen, you have to navigate the menus to do so. - Can only hear one camera at a time ("Active" camera will show a green border on the monitor) - Monitor battery barely gets through the night with the screen turned off and unplugged. Overall a super great unit! We keep ours plugged in overnight.

We got this monitor after our old one (different brand) started smelling like melted plastic and the monitor speaker shorted out. I love the split screen feature on the monitor, the battery life is great compared to our old monitor, and VOX has different sensitivity levels. The chargers/plugs are all interchangeable between cameras and monitor, but one minus is that the power adapter is AC, so not interchangeable with other USB-c or micro USB devices The camera has 3 different brightnesses for night light, you can talk through it, and it has lullabies and white noise which we haven’t used but nice to have! However, after a few days one of the cameras started constantly losing signal everywhere in the house except the nursery, which defeats the purpose of having a baby monitor. I contacted Babysense customer service and after some troubleshooting but not being able to resolve, they expedited me a camera replacement under warranty! Amazing!! One thing I’m not a huge fan of is the button for the night light - I accidentally press it all the time. Also I wish the screen brightness wasn’t in the settings but a button on the side (similar to volume) or instead of the night light. But overall pros outweigh the things I’d change. I like it better than our old brand!

I really like this monitor. It has a nice big display which is super sharp, and the HD quality from the cameras is outstanding... even in night vision you can still see every movement no matter how small. It has a great range of additional options such as the night light, sounds and ability to have it display both cameras at once. I should add the range of motion on the cameras plus the 4x zoom (digital) really make it easy to keep tabs on your lil one (or surprise your partner). The "However" for me is... We've had this almost a month and one of the cameras has stopped functioning for some reason. The power cables are fine but this camera just doesn't turn on, despite it working 2 days ago. Could someone get back to me about this otherwise I might have to return it as faulty... [UPDATE!] So I had one camera go on the fritz where it stopped drawing power. Sean from Babysense quickly and efficiently replaced the faulty camera unit at no charge and shipped it next day so we weren't without our second for long. It was amazing service and I cannot thank them enough for their time and effort to sort this out. A* service.

Faulty Charger Pls replace

The monitor itself is of excellent quality - great picture, lots of settings, great cameras and battery. HOWEVER, my parent unit is faulty and requires me to reset my preferred Vox, time, temperature etc settings every single time I turn the parent unit back on. I was in contact with the monitor company (Babysense) for several days and they were very helpful and responsive, however in the end, they told me I needed to contact the Amazon seller as it is out of their hands (they don't sell directly to Canada and I bought off of Amazon). I was 3 days past the Amazon 30 day return and this Amazon seller (Nation Central) refused to offer any help besides telling me to contact the manufacturer. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service by this seller.

Does not come with Australian plugs or adaptors

I bought this monitor with high hopes for a multi-screen, full range, longlasting battery option. Unfortunately the monitor didn’t meet the expectations and failed the first night of test. In terms of range, the monitor wasn’t able to cover a range of less than 30 meter, from my room to my baby’s bedroom. Secondly, after 3h the both cameras completely disconnected from the monitor and required a manual reboot. I am returning the product 1 day after receiving it.
