Domata Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix, 20 oz

I purchased this as a gift for a GF person and received feedback that it was tasty and easy to make (for someone with little pizza making experience and not many items to properly measure or cook items). While the person is not savvy in the kitchen, he IS pizza savvy and said it tasted good.

Nothing replaces regular flour for good pizza but this is an acceptable substitute.

Great pizza crust! Came out nice and thin, crisp enough to hold a pizza slice in one hand, and tasted great! We prepared it pretty much like the instructions said. We rolled the crust until it was thin and around 16" diameter on a wood pizza peel then slid it only a pizza screen then into the oven onto pizza stone pre-heated to 425. Be generous coating the work surface with the excess mix and when rolling the dough to prevent it from sticking. There was enough mix left over to make 4 rolls to go with the pizza. As GF crusts go, this one was excellent.

I love this pizza crust mix because you only have to add water, it's easy to roll out (not sticky or brittle), and it makes a nice firm baked crust. It tastes great and saves money because I don't have to order gluten free pizza delivery, which is expensive.

Didn't like. Hard to make crust.

I am absolutely in awe about this pizza crust mix. I haven't been able to find a crust mix that doesn't get soggy, holds it shape, isn't dry and tastes great! This is definitely the pizza crust mix for anyone seeking a gluten free mix. I make pizza with it for my husband, who is not sensitive to gluten, and he absolutely loves it!Sometimes, for a variation I add herbs and parmesan cheese to the crust mix, and it is absolutely delightful!

This is my favorite gluten-free pizza crust mix. Pillsbury's refrigerated tubs are helpful for hosts who don't have to follow a gluten-free diet but want to fix something for someone who does, but this is by far the best tasting and the easiest to use. I buy it in bulk, store excess in the freezer, and serve pizza whenever I feel like it -- often to "normal" guests who do not believe their pizza is gluten-free. If you don't tell them, they won't know.

Makes delicious pizza crust and foccacia bread. Will buy it again.
