My dog loves them but like so many others the sound and flashing quit within a couple of days. My dog is going blind and sees very little so he just listens for the bounce. I can buy cheaper toys for him to listen for the bounce. Great Idea but hopefully they can figure out how to make the batteries last longer

I will say, they are more for small dogs. I have 2 fairly large Goldendoodles who absolutely LOVE these balls. The rubber is soft and I have chewers, but neither of them damaged the balls. They have to be monitored or they will not last long. They go crazy every time I say "Glow Balls". It appears as though they stop working, mainly because they chew them before bringing them back to me to throw again. I was disappointed the 1st time this happened, but it seems as though if I wait a day or so, they seem to light up again. It's kind of strange, I can't figure out why this is. I've been searching for larger balls like this.If I had small dogs, the rating would be much higher.Oh, the price. It's a bit high.Cust. Service - Great! I purchased these balls for my older, vision impaired dog (17lb Boston Terrier). When we first started playing with them, he was intrigued and excited about the lights and sounds. But this didn't last very long as after less than 10 minutes, the lights and sounds on all 3 balls stopped working.I have sent an email to the company and they are sending me another set.I will update this review once I receive the second set of balls.EDIT: 2nd set of balls have been received, and I experienced the same problem. I love the concept of these balls, but if your dog bites down on these balls in any way, shape, or form, when they go to pick them up, the internal mechanics that make them "work" will break.The seller is fantastic and has great customer service. I only wish the product was better.

I was a little disappointed in these. Not too sure of the materials it is made of as my small dog has been chewing on them and I'm worried about what it will do in the digestive system. Too expensive of an item for how it is constructed and what it does. I was looking for something quite a bit different and this just didn't live up to my expectations.

My 120 pound dog loves these toys so much. He has powerful jaws, but for some reason he is gentle when gnawing on these. I think he likes the texture? They all light up and make sounds just as described. I thought they were expensive for being dog toys, but totally worth it if you ask my pup!

Love them. My dog goes crazy over them. Unfortunately They are not big enough And they roll under the bed and furniture making it impossible For my dog to retrieve it. I love your products however. Wish they were bigger in size.

my dogs really got crazy over them but then they finished them off. they lasted one day, but I loved it while it lasted!!!

My dog has diabetes and because of the diabetes she now has diabetic cataracts. She's pretty much blind but can see light and dark and shadows. She's unable to play fetch with her tennis ball so I searched for toys meant for blind dogs and came across these balls. They are great and she loves them!! She's now able to play fetch again because she can hear the ball. She finds it every time!! Thank you for making my dog so happy!!
