The best disposable period undies!
I bought these before a bisalp procedure because I had heard you could bleed after and you’re not allowed to use anything internally like tampons or a cup. I have been a religious cup user for about 6 years now but I had a feeling that pulling on my cup to remove it was contributing a lot to my cramping during my cycle. Not only did these work great for post-surgery and are easy to remove without having to bend over due to the tearing feature, but they’re working great for my period now too. Even on my heaviest day, these undies absorbed everything and I had no leaks. For context, on my heaviest day, I will fill up a normal size cup in about 4-6 hours (or a super plus tampon in about 3-4 hours). I haven’t used pads since middle school and I always hated that feeling of sitting in your own blood. I don’t get that feeling with these at all. It is taking some time for me to stop clenching every time I feel myself bleeding, after a lifetime of that meaning my cup/tampon is leaking haha, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised that these undies are comfy, absorbent, and I feel confident that I won’t have a big old spot of blood on my butt walking around. I also am happy to say that my cramping has decreased dramatically now that I’m not pulling anything out while I’m sensitive. I’ve been totally converted to period undies and will be looking for a reusable solution now. But these were a great stepping stone and I would absolutely recommend them!!

Perfect for post c-section
I wore these every day for several weeks after my c-section, and they were amazing! It’s definitely one of my very top recommendations to anyone postpartum, but especially post c-section. They are soft and super absorbent, while also being discrete and comfortable to wear. They stretch to fit nicely without putting pressure on any particular spots like a typical waistband would. I never felt any uncomfortable friction or pressure on my incision from these underwear. The panties and pads I got from the hospital were nice too, but these were just so much easier to deal with and stayed in place better / felt more secure.

This is straight up the BEST Disposable Period Underwear
So I have been a pad wearer since the first time I got my period and have recently discovered disposable period underwear. It's good to note that I am a heavy bleeder, especially on my first few days and my legs tend to be closer than the normal female. This has caused me to leak plenty of times as the pad would not move with me. I have tried other brands on Amazon: Always and Hammer. I tried different products as period underwear should be able to stand on its own but even at the smallest size, these brands didn't hold.I also tried disposable diapers which had everything I had wanted except it was not designed for periods so its absorption was terrible. These underwears give a good fit and absorb very well. This brand is reasonably more expensive per underwear but it's worth it.Things to Note:.S/M should be able to fit a variety of sizes even though it may look small at first, just give it a try.The sides are fairly easy to tear so you should be careful when you are sliding down.. The sides are easy to tear compared to other brands, it takes a second to do.. There is a safeguard designed to prevent leakage like those similar to my position, where you might be plus-sized or your legs are closer together, it sits very well.. It is almost invisible under clothing. It's rather thin but very absorbent.. It's very comfortable and I found myself forgetting it was not real underwear..I don't know much about the material but it is certainly strong. So overall this is a very good brand and will be my go-to for the first days of my period. Could have saved me some money if I had just tried it.So edit after some time using this:I used this on campus and on a very long trip and l can report both were great with the con of me undressing (almost) in order to change but l didn’t need to change very often. There were no leakages and l could sit comfortably in class with no worries and that wet feeling (we women know the one) was almost none existent. The trip was alright and only used 3 underwear’s that day even though it was an all day trip.

Amazing comfort for recovery after surgery
I bought these to wear during my recovery after laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and this was without a doubt the best purchase I made in preparation for surgery. These are veeery light and stretchy and go right over my bloated belly and incisions. They sit 1-2 inches above my belly button. They provide my incisions with some protection yet are so soft and light I don’t really feel them. Finding options that were made of organic cotton was also very important to me because I have sensitive skin in all the ways and normal period products and synthetic fabrics irritate my skin and give me rashes. I’ve been wearing these disposable underwears by Rael for about a week day and night since my surgery and they have been amazing at keeping things breathable and irritation-free for my skin—no sweating, itching or rashes. I also love that the padding goes all the way from the back opening to the front opening and is well-designed to catch any leaks from any sides so I haven’t had to worry at all. The only thing is that I don’t know how these would look or fit under pants since I’ve only been wearing them under t-shirt dresses and gowns with nothing else for bottoms. However, I think it’s best to not wear pants for a while after giving birth or having pelvic surgery for a while anyway!

Peace of Mind
Comfortable and effective. Really gives me peace of mind while sleeping or traveling during the heaviest days of my period. I’m a true size 6–5’6”, 150 lbs, curvy slim build. The size S/M fit well. I will continue to purchase these.
