Nice to find something that fits ! I’m 5’7 and was 257 before giving birth. Not sure how much I weight but I’m only a few days into being postpartum. I could’ve fit into a 2x but wasn’t sure so I thought I’d play it safe. It keeps your torso tucked in and gives you extra support. Def recommend

Just what I’m looking for

Decent support for what it is but the velcro on the 2 tightening bands stopped working well after a few months of pretty frequent use.

Not for a full torso. It just wasn’t what I was looking for. I wanted a more full torso wrap. This was just mid stomach . It looks like the one you wear to lift heavy things. Kinda thin material . I returned it and bought a different one.

Excellent choice. Stays fastened and in place. I needed mine after a car accident broke a bone in my spine, and I'm buying a second one. It offers super support and is really comfortable.

I got this shaper to help suck my tummy back in after having my baby this September. I waited a couple days before putting it on for the first time to give my organs a second to breath after having a baby. I believe I purchase a M and it fits pretty good. I'm 5'1" and about 160lb normally - right after baby I was at about 177lbs when I began wearing it.It went around me pretty well, the Velcro on the main wrap never fully closes though, so I almost always have a bit not attached to itself and it tends to be a little scratchy which I don't like BUT that may have been fixed if I got a size larger, I just personally wanted one that would be tighter to suck it all in more.I think the secondary straps are a little silly/unnecessary but they don't harm anything or get in the way so I don't think that is a con by any means.One thing I do want to mention is the length of the product is a little short for what I wanted, it tends to give me those odd back rolls from where the top cuts me. so if I have the product pulled down to cover lower tummy area like I like, the top cuts weird and I get those rolls. Not the prettiest look in my option but that may be able to be fixed again if I had gotten a size up, it may just be a little small for me and my fault.I would recommend to anyone looking for a product to help with post baby belly.

Love love this belt! It’s perfect for me. Im 5’2 and with short torso. I don’t use this belt to help me reduce fat like other waist trimmers do. This belt is not for that! I use it for support and compression. This belt has mesh breathable material in the back with Velcro straps that allows you to tighten it as much as you like or as far as it goes. I wear it with lipo foams under since I had lipo 360. It gives enough compression and I don’t sweat! Which is my favorite because I’m always up doing chores. I’ve bought 2 so far and plan on buying another one. I did take a few months after surgery to come across it because most people simply use the regular waist trimmers. I wouldn’t use those after surgery. There’s no need to wear one that makes you sweat. You need help with support and compression. Not to reduce fat! So I’m glad I finally found one that does the job.

This product was not comfortable to wear and was not made well.

I love the extra tightener. It's a great back support and also cinches the waist. Slightly bulky/bumpy so you wouldn't want to wear under something sheer as a shapewear. This is more practical for someone needing back support and tummy training like after birth.
