Great Jump Rope
Happy with it. I am not using the 4 weights yet, but intend to after a little training.I am 5'7" and cut about 4 inches from each end of rope so it can easily fit rope into handle otherwise have to cram it in( fold it) (rope core is about 1/16 in. Steel cable with plastic outside, so need cutters, maybe scissors could slowly do it) i still have about 4 inches of adjustment left in each handle after cutting. If you are not tall, maybe 6 feet, you will need to cut the cable in order for the weights to fit inside the handle. I may need to cut again to get weights in. Weights are held in place by spring pressure. Eopw adjustment is easy, but if you have a lot of extra rope it will need to be cut or crammed into handle. Handles work great with the bearing spinning the rope. Happy with this jump rope.

Good not great
It's a good jump rope but I dropped it one time and both of the ends broke off. I can still use it but that's kind of annoying.
