Size Matters
We're a large family that uses a microwave daily. Bought a full size Whirlpool 1200 watt microwave back in 2007 that has served us well until the door open push button finally snapped off one of it's plastic arms inside. No fixing it. We thought it would be nice to free up some counter space and buy a smaller unit this time so we purchased the Keyton 700 watt unit. Performance wise compared to our old microwave this new one is a distant second. In thirty seconds our old unit would make a cup of coffee scary hot. In the same amount of time the Keyton produces a luke warm cup. Yes .... as expected the extra 500 watts makes a huge difference in wait times. Be prepared to wait several more minutes for a full plate of food from the fridge. Inside you can just fit a regular size plate and the glass tray will come loose from the rotating spindle as you remove your food. No more simply tossing in your plate with room to spare. Yes, I know I'm comparing apples to oranges but there is a point here. We wound up buying a Panasonic model #NN-SN651W from Amazon that is exactly like our old unit and we are happy campers again. Like other things in life ... size matters! Panasonic NN-SN651W White 1200W 1.2 Cu. Ft Countertop Microwave Oven with Inverter Technology

There are better choices
I've had this microwave for about a month, using it multiple times daily. While it has worked reliably, it has big drawbacks and I wouldn't buy it again. The revolving platter inside the microwave isn't anchored in any way and so is easily dislodged from its track. As it wobbles loose, it makes lots of noise and threatens to spill cup/bowl contents into the microwave. The various buttons on the front are hard to push, often pushing the whole machine out of place. The "cooking time up" beeps repeat at intervals to nag you to open the door whether you want to or not. There is no 30 second or one minute quick-cook button.

Unfortunately we are out of the return window so we just wasted our $95
Worked for 4 months, and now it won't turn on at all! It blows the fuse of whatever outlet we plug it into. Unfortunately we are out of the return window so we just wasted our $95. Frustrating!
