Great noodles!! Not expired, great freshness, taste, texture, versatility, and quality. Great hot AND cold noodle option. Cooked up easily and quickly. If you need a quick noodle dish for lunch or even a midnight snack, these are perfect.

Very tasty Somen, hot or cold. Every strand stays distinct. Digests and absorbs easily (unlike many made in China brands that glue together and feel like a heavy glob for hours). Even finicky kids ask for seconds.Cooks in 3 min at sea level or 6-8 min at high altitude. Contains a pinch of good salt, some of which dissolves during cooking leaving a great tasting dish. I sprinkle mine with Japanese Perilla Seed oil or light olive oil (not to overpower the Somen taste) and serve with steamed asparagus and broccolini alongside seafood or meat. Sure there are many, many other ways, but the noodles are really good regardless.The only comparably excellent Somen I've tried is Hakubaku, and these Muso are at least as good and a bit tastier. Wish they were less expensive- family and kids could eat one broke. Not really ::))

These noodles are delicious and we're having so much fun using them in a variety of dishes. They have slightly more flavour than "normal" noodles and we think they work well for Italian or Asian cuisine

I like these because they're much lower in sodium then other brands, which is important for me, and you get a decent amount for the price. I can get three good sized bowls out of one pack. 4 if I want to make it stretch.
