I love that it's a safe all natural digestive support! I've been taking it since I got it and i can honestly say that I've been feeling ALOT better! I can eat avocado again!
So I will admit, I have been using the cheap beano for what seems like forever. However, there were things that I still have to avoid because it just wasn't worth it in the end. However, I decided to try these. Now, I'm not sure about the long run but I couldn't wait to try eating some avocado so that's the first thing I did. So far NO crazy gas at all. Good stuff, I'm impressed
I've been taking these for the past few days... Since cellulose (the material that the capsule is made of) causes me extra gas (I think it's hard to break down), I pull these apart and just guzzle what's inside the capsule, down my throat, with tons of water. I feel them working very quickly and i think have alleviated my GI issues. I like that the filler ingredients are minimal (maltodextrin-- it'd be nice if the source, i.e. corn, etc. was stated and medium chain triglycerides). Far too many supplements on the market contain all these fillers like magnesium stearate. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
