Can it work with computer humming noise?Anybody used this way?

I would say yes. I've used mine in the car and with my portable speaker while charging my phone and it got rid of the buzz. Basically it just changes the frequency so it should work for that

It should work on on any audio system that uses a 3.5 mm stereo jack. I used it on my comuter and it works well.
