This is a good machine. Great bang for your buck.

This little machine is a time saver!So much faster packaging our freeze dried and the seal is unbelievable. The date stamp is a pain in the neck, especially if you just want a month and year. Would be nice if there were a few more spacers but we make due.With the impulse sealer we used to use, there were seal issues here and there. I can also run my vacuum sealer through it to make sure the seal is perfect.Can only recommend it!

This is the 3rd heat sealer I've purchased in 4 years, and this one only lasted 4 months! The wiring inside is so cheap and poorly made. Find another manufacturer if purchasing a sealer like this.

My unit came with some minor glitches, which I fixed easily. Works great now. I would buy again.Actually does have a little print wheel that can put “Use By” dates on bags as they are sealed. Again, a little quirky to put the tiny letters together for the date, but they do send everything that you need with the machine.The instructions are in English, but maybe computer-translated from Chinese. Again, everything is there, but you have to think about them a minute to get an understanding of what they are trying to say. The instructions seem to have been written to by someone who fully understands the machine.

Vevor Brand is the best

This should serve as a buyer guide/heads-up to future buyers.It arrived after a couple of days- not worried about the time it took. Came packaged very well and no physical damage was observed but ....The machine refused to power on. I checked all connections and did the so-called troubleshooting but nothing happened. I decided to look up the manufacturer online and contact technical support for help.You will think that a company that sells such equipment will have Support, but nope. There is no telephone number listed on their website. So if you need technical support and think you will get it from them- sorry. It does not exist.I managed to get through the Webchat and it seemed like I was talking to AI as all the responses were generic- Whoever it was on the other side did not answer any of my questions, or share any information on what to do. Nothing besides trying to collect the order number and email address, etc. "I contacted my department they will send you an email".I insisted on my questions and then it changed to 'upload videos and photos and somebody will review and get back to you'. They sent a link to upload the files but it requires you to create an account. Not sure why I need to create an account to send a link. I tried to upload the media via chat but it wouldn't go through.While putting back the unit back into the box, something told me to check the inside. Lo and behold the power cable was disconnected.So if your unit fails to power on- check to see if the power unit is even connected.Relieved the unit started working, I told whoever was on the chat that it's been resolved, yet it seemed I was talking to myself.The second problem is finding the right setting as it kept misaligning and squeezing the bags. I managed to figure it out and I am still fine-tuning to get a good result.Then realized I needed it to be in a vertical position. The unit is the same- both vertical and horizontal. The only thing that makes it look different is the stand which is used to mount the machine.There are a few videos online showing how to change from horizontal to vertical. Even on the Vevor website, it is mentioned that the horizontal can be modified to vertical and vice versa. I reached out to the seller seeking information and assistance to get the parts."Horizontal type cannot be changed to vertical type" and went ahead wishing me a 'fulfilling life'What a response. No thought into the question.I reached out directly to Vevor via webchat- same thing- the department will contact you.Why have a webchat if you cannot answer common questions?Vevor posts only a 58-second video that provides zero instruction about the product. The instructional Manual is a joke. Information about this product is just not sufficient and helpful.Issues:- Poor and nonexistent customer service and support.- No contact telephone number for a company this big- Good luck finding replacement parts- Poorly made and bound to break down easily-- Then no support and partsRight now I am stuck with this. Hopefully, I can find the parts. Not pleased with this product.

It is a little finnicky but once you get used to it then machine is fine and works great. Does require a little bit of fine tuning for your product. Also great price
