No it is not milk chocolate. It says Dark Chocolate.

I had a melted shipment as well, but it was replaced without any hassle.

Q: What percent of alcohol is in it?

These do not have any alcohol content. The Chocolate Liquerur you see in the ingredienta is what is used in making the dark chocolate and has no alcoholic value. Only flavoring.
