Great b6 vitamin

After my husband had major back surgery in 2020 he was on gabapentin for nerve pain. But gabapentin creates balance issues (one of the common side effects) so, after his third fall, a chiropractor friend suggested he try this specific Niacinimide. We discussed it with my husband’s neurosurgeon who was fully supportive of it and give us guidelines of how to wean off gabapentin and onto Niacinimide. Success!! Really helped w the nerve pain as he healed, he was able to come off the Niacinimide after a few months, and no more balance issues. Meanwhile, we have acquaintances who’ve been on Gabapentin post back surgery for 5+ years and no end in sight, and still experiencing nerve issues. Grateful for this product!!
