This thing does not work. I would not suggest buying this. I tried powering from a TV, a Blueray and a VCR and the switch would not power-up in order to use the switch. It will only power from a laptop or dedicated charger plugged to an wall outlet. Nowhere in website listing was this disclosed. Only after opening all the packaging which appeared to be very dirty and previously opened did we find a small paper saying that the device 'may' not power up from some usb ports. I believe this was a 'second' or previously purchased and returned item.

Awesome product
Awesome little product.Super easy to set up. Placed it behind the Smart TV and is 'leaching' power from the TV's USB port.Love the 'eye' for the remote, which allows for nice versatility for the placement of the HDMI Switch.

Don't use with Amazon Fire Stick.
Not much to say except it works partially and your Amazon Fire Stick will NOT like it and it will cut out after a few minutes use.

Chances are if you're buying this you will need another HDMI cable. Other than that it does the job. remote does not work from far distance so don't plan on using it much.

Not pleased with this product.
I hooked up the switch with appletv, a twc cable box, a bluray player, and my PS3 and PS4. I had to use one of my apple USB plugs because one was not proved. Neither of the playstations would connect to the television. I decided to use it just for the video devices and it worked for about a day. After that it stopped working all together.
