I just bought this for the first time and cooked some last night. It was good. Tastes like brown rice.

I always buy this brand and when making rice in my cooker, I use 1 cup of this red rice and 1 cup of brown rice. Healthy and tasty! Recently, I bought an extra package because it is vacuum sealed and it makes a good survival food (I live among hurricanes and tornadoes).

This has an interesting taste and a chewy texture, it tastes similar to black rice but a little bit more mild, we did wash it before cooking it in an instant pot for 19 minutes with a one-to-one rice to water ratio on high and then doing a manual depressure, and it turned out quite well.

To start I am a rice lover and have been for a long time. Fifteen years we moved to a smaller town and were unable to buy red rice. Recently we found this red rice on Amazon and gave it a try. I can now state that this is as good as any red rice as I have eaten anywhere. An added plus is the vacuum pack packaging and the fact you can freeze it. That means you can stockup and save some money on delivery costs.

Good taste -this is not instant rice . It takes 40 minutes till done . Higher in fiber than most rice and has quercetin thus the red color as anti inflammatory .

This is worth the money. I like how easy it is to cook, and the high antioxidant content it has.
