Great product
I use this every day. I don’t have to dye my hair constantly, it saves my hair from having a lot of damage and it looks good!

I like it. Here’s some advice I have for you…
I have very, very pale hair. I used to use this (when it came in a pink bottle) all through my twenties every day in the shower - after my shower so I didn’t make a mess in the rest of the bathroom. I searched and searched t lo find it again after my hair went white. My hairdresser was charging me $300 a month to try to maintain blonde hair since I could no longer try to pretend I ever had brown hair. I’ve been using this for a few months now and here are some things I can tell you… It doesn’t make my hair brown. It barely makes it blonde. I can manage to load it on 4 times at my roots to sort of look dark blonde at the roots (after dry because it looks black when I put it on wet). It’s very, very liquidy, which I think is the problem with this product. It’s a mess! It stains my hands and the sink and anything else it gets on, but not my hair. It goes in and stays in until I want it out. I can blow dry and style my hair and add my Leaf oil and it doesn’t cause any issues with other products. I use leaf shampoo and conditioner and hair oil they I buy from the salon. My hair is no longer dyed anc it has about 5 inches of root growth that is almost completely whiter. This stuff does tint my hair a yellow-blonde after it’s been completely washed out. I don’t mind it though because at least it isn’t white! My hair glows, and that’s been added to by using this because the bits I can get at least some color darker than the palest blonde. I would consider the darkest I can make my hair is medium to dark blonde with 4 coats in one try. I sleep with it in and it doesn’t get on anything but my hair comb and brush after it is dry. I use gloves after I shower to get as much as I can on the roots and I pull some through from roots to ends to try to look more natural of like I get it done at the salon. It takes a lot of effort and applications to get my hair to turn mostly just medium blonde. The color I use is called Chocolate Kiss and it’s supposed to be dark brown. That’s the darker of the 2 I bought because the plush one was too orange and pale and I didn’t like that at all. I wash down the sink and anywhere it gets on IMMEDIATELY because IT STAJNS FAST on the sink especially. I plan to use this every day until I die. It’s lasting a really long time, seeming like I may only need to buy 2 a year, even with as much of it as I use. It says semi-permanent, anc I can’t dye my hair every week at the salon or in a box, so this is the best product of alllll I’ve tried (hair makeups, color sprays, the large wax pencils, hair powders, eyeshadows, facial powders - I have tried everything!!!) — this is the only product that doesn’t anger my scalp, and I like the results when I get on well. Sometimes I’m not sure if I put too much in at my roots and not enough everywhere else because it looks black but I end up needing to add more, which I do the next day, not after I already dried and styled my hair! I like it. I think finding the color you like best for your hair is the recommendation I have if you don’t like the first one you try. I did A LOT of research to see each color in action via Google searches before I decided on the 2 I tried and I had to go with the darkest of my choices to get the results I like.

So good
This is old school glam at its finest. Yes, this product is liquidy. Let’s get that out of the way. That’s definitely not an issue for me because I have very curly hair and do most of my styling upside down. After blotting my freshly washed and conditioned hair with a towel and running a wide toothed comb through it, I hang my head upside down and apply the color rinse. I comb it again, and do the “squish to condish” routine I would normally do anyway if I was using mousse or gel. If any of the product has gotten on the shower floor, I just rinse it down the drain. This color rinse makes my curls POP! It makes my dull mousey light brown hair look so much prettier and saturated with vibrance. Despite what others have said, it has never ever stained anything in my bathroom or my skin. Since I’ve chosen a shade close to my natural color, nobody has noticed a change in color. They just say “Your hair looks great today.” I also have a physically active job that makes me sweat sometimes, but I’ve never had any color runoff. I haven’t tempted fate and gone out for any length of time in the rain with it, although it survived a dash from the car into work in the rain just fine. I do not want to use traditional hair dyes. Once you do, you’re married to the process. You get grown out roots that constantly need to be recolored. And dye absolutely fries your hair. Since I’m already using a daily styling product like gel or mousse for my curls, this is the perfect solution for me.

Bad product
Everyone who left a negative review was right. I was surprised because I have used Fanciful in the past and it was fine. I bought the bashful blond color. It didn't cover anything and just was watered down, transparent brown liquid. The smell was the worst! It smells like wet ,raw potatoes even after its dry. I dont know what happened to this product but it us not the same as it was in the past. Don't waste your time and your money on it like I did. I gave it 1 star because I couldn't go any lower.

Great to cover grays!
Great for temporarily covering the grays. Doesn’t bleed, makes my hair feel great, not too heavy. Washes out easily. Gets me to my next hair appointment!

This works great. Enough to soften the whites but does not stain or does not look like a dye. Smells nice too. Not a strong smell. Highly recommend

Only tried once but I don't like dying my hair because my hair is so dry. Using this to cover up some gray looks very natural.

Great for those who colour their hair themselves and miss some spots. Easy to apply, does not rub off, and gives nice colour until the next shampoo. My hair seems to hold the curling iron styling better when I use it after shampooing. Price was good.

I have salt and pepper hair around hairline and this blends beautifully with my light brown hair. The white hair turns gold so looks like highlights. I dribble a small amount in spots around the hairline and its then wet enough to comb through the rest of the hair. I use only moose and flexible hairspray and my hair feels soft and looks absolutely natural. Recommend 100%

lol be this stuff. Things come up and can’t get to the hairdresser? This worked perfectly. Stayed in didn’t rub off. Does not come out until you shampoo your hair. Wonderful back up
