They sent the wrong item.
Honestly, I really wasn't expecting much. All I wanted was a cheap but relatively sturdy wooden gim to practice with, nothing fancy. I guess these folks decided they needed to impress me with their capacity to suck by sending me a sword that was not only different from the one pictured, but an even crappier version of what was not an impressive item to begin with.The one I ordered appeared to be of laquered red oak. The one I got was made out of some other wood, and came in a crappy scabbard of the same material, and a tassel that was stapeled on the end of it. I didn't want or need a scabbard or tassel. Really guys, if someone orders something from you and you send them something else, this is what we call bad business practices.
