I started taking it when I first received it, which was about two weeks ago and I can honestly say that I have noticed an improvement when it comes to my night sweats and my overall mood. I’m going to continue until I finish a bottle and I’ll come back with another update but so far so good I’m happy

I have been taking this product for about a year now. I do think it has helped with some of my hormonal issues caused by PCOS. The brand has great customer service and overall I am impressed.

I’m on day 3 taking proestro, I’m really looking forward to the relief that most customers have reviewed about! I do feel a little less irritable the last couple of days, mood swings, hot flashes, and daily fatigue are my name symptoms of perimenopause. If mood swings as the first thing to go, I will be so grateful as well as my family! I’ll have to come back and review again once I’ve been taking it longer, but I do feel some relief already so I’m sure if I take it consistently for a few weeks the relief will be felt much more.
