Will these work with legos?

Yes. These plates work very well with legos. Same thickness and size.

The plain gray mats don’t match the color of the road. How can I get the plain plates in dark gray?

We’ve had a lot of requests for these so we’ll have the dark gray baseplates available soon. Please check back in a couple months (March 2020).

Is back of plate co.completely flat? Would a suction cup stick to back?

The back of each plate has the same number of small holes as the peg side of the plate. They are not flat on the back.

Are the road pieces all the same design or different?

With roads baseplate 6 pack, you get 2 Straight, 2 Curve, 1 Crossroads and 1 T-Junction baseplate. Check out the other pictures to see what they look like.
