Works very well and accompanies me on all my travels. The strong adhesive helps to create make-shift band-aids and I have used it as moleskin to prevent blisters.

I am a former marathon runner with lots of aches and pains. I decided to try this tape because it was so much cheaper than the regular branded version that gave it the name. I have used it on my back, my knee, my hip and my hand and it definitely does the job. I did a comparison with other more expensive brands and could not notice a difference. The only thing that I believe should be included are some instructions as to how to put it on for various ailments. I was able to look it up on YouTube so it was not a problem. However, it would have been nice to have some sort of "instruction" pamphlet so you don't have to go through the trouble to find them on the internet.

As far as KT tape goes this one had by far been superior. It stays stuck with movement and sweat. It doesn't fray on the edges and the fabric feels breathable. It does however not stay on in a swimming pool or shower. That's my only negatives.

This helped my daughter when she hurt her ankle during volleyball.
