The Elgato Wave Panels Starter Set (White) has made a noticeable difference in reducing the echo in my small room (around 6 sqm). The six acoustic treatment panels significantly cutting down on unwanted noise. I appreciate that these panels come with mounting frames, as I didn't want to stick glue anything directly to the wall. However, the frames can be a bit flimsy during assembly, so be careful while setting them up. Overall, I'm really happy with them.

the sticky pads aren't very strong

Wanted to hang these on a slightly inclined wall but only suitable for vertical walls. Would have been nice if the plastic posts on the backing mechanism was slightly barbed to hold the tiles in place but unless your wall is perfectly vertical these are of no use. The plastic clips on the backing pieces break easily when trying to assemble and the supplied sticky pads are next to near useless - I replaced with 3M VHB tape but although I have five backing pieces on the wall, the tiles just fall off and it's impossible to get anything (velcro, 3M tape) etc etc to adhere to the back of the tiles. AVOID BUYING THIS PRODUCT ITS OVERPRICED AND BADLY DESIGNED AS I IMAGINE YOU WILL GET THE SAME PROBLEM WITH VERTICAL WALLS.

The only real downside is that it can be a bit finicky to try and align the different panels so they all sit flush against the holders but except for that its easy to install and the product does what it is supposed to.

These acoustic panels have been a great addition to my content creation space. The difference in sound quality is immediately noticeable – the echo that used to plague my recordings is practically gone. I was initially drawn to these panels because of their easy installation, and the included video guide made the process a breeze. What really pleased me was the mounting system. The wall stickers/fasteners are incredibly strong and hold the panels securely in place. Yet, they're also impressively easy to remove, leaving minimal residue that wipes away effortlessly. This is crucial for me, knowing I can easily take them off if have to move from my apartment. Although I haven't needed them yet, the inclusion of permanent fasteners (screws and bolts) provides a nice option for more long-term installations. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the quality and performance of these acoustic panels. They've effectively addressed my sound issues and offer a practical mounting solution that suits my needs perfectly. Highly recommended!
