Awesome product
I used these one time so far for about 7mi. They were great I have never used hiking poles before but these seem super sturdy and really light weight.

Great mid tier poles
To these for a spin for the first time today 9/4. Held up great. I mainly got them to help on the descent on hikes to take some impact off my knee. Was able to take a good bit of weight and my knee thanks them for that. I like the cork grips too. The tips held up very well but let’s see how they perform long term.

Best Poles for the toughest hike!
Used these poles on the 30.3 miles of the Southern Terminus of the Florida Trail in Big Cypress Nature Preserve. They were in the mud, water, and swamp of this hike. The poles survived slips, trips, and falls of 14.5 hours of the thru hike. I highly recommend them because of their light weight, durability, comfort, and ease of use. Finally, they were worth every penny I paid for them. Never used trekking poles before, will use Black Diamond Trekking Poles for every hike after.

Easy adjustment and great trekking poles
I recently had spinal fusion and needed a decent set of poles mainly for using on the streets but lately have been using on some trails. Helps to take the stress off my back and I can't walk far without them. One of the poles tended to slip adjustment at first but I tightened the adjustment screw and has been fine ever since. Probably have about 200 miles on them now and walk at least 2 miles/day for PT.

Comfortable and reliable, but not perfect
These poles are lightweight and feel sturdy on the trail. The cork grips are comfortable, even on long hikes, and the FlickLock system makes length adjustments easy. However, the cork can wear down over time, and the poles are a bit bulky when collapsed. Overall, a solid choice for regular hikers.

Early Review
Just received these poles today so this is an early review. I already have a different set of Black Diamonds which I love... but they are folding sectionals, and I need a telescoping set. I took these out immediately for a test and put a few miles on them. There's a good amount of snow on the ground so I put the snow baskets on. Easy change for the baskets.. Locking clips are nice and tight. Straps adjusted no problems. Grips felt great. Took them out in some different types of snow... From crusty, to hard ice, to deep powder {a good variety here right now). Also on some hard rocky surfaces and gave them a good banging around. Good balance. Sturdy feel. Not a lot of vibration or flex for lighter, lower cost, poles. Impressive. Some of the reviews report that the poles collapse at the lock tabs with pressure and prolonged use. I didn't have any movement whatsoever, and I really pounded on them and I'm 225 pounds. I suppose time will tell, but I would have thought that there would at least be a tiny bit of movement if there was going to be an issue. At any rate... For an early review, I'd give these trekking poles a big thumbs up. If I experience ANY issues in my very busy backpacking season this summer.... I'll be back!! And no... I am not sponsored... I did not and do not get any gifts or payments from anyone for reviews. Heck... I wish I did! Lol

Trekking poles
Great poles! Light and easy to expand/collapse/pack. Wish I bought them sooner for earlier hikes.
