Mighty Max Battery 12V 9AH Replacement Battery for CyberPower RB1290 UPS

As advertised. Only surprise is that it is not as tall as the original battery (on an DR Power Wagon) although both have the same model number. Had to put a 3/4” block of wood under the mounting bracket to secure the battery to the frame but, once done, battery works as expected .

VERY happy with my purchase from Mighty Max Battery, identical product to the OEM battery in my CyberPower UPS battery backup, installation was easy and familiar to removing the OEM battery, and no issues with this one while not paying the OEM price-gouging price!Very happy with Mighty Max Battery, I will look to buy from this brand again in the future for sure!

This replacement battery fit fine and works fine in my CyberPower UPS. It was only about half of the cost of the "official" one linked by the OEM. I tested it after letting it charge and it will give me a runtime of about 25 minutes or so. Good enough. I would recommend this battery as a replacement to anyone with the CyberPower 1000PFCLCD UPS. Note that when buying a replacement battery you are taking a chance on the UPS itself being defective. In some, the charging circuit dies and a replacement battery won't help. But in my case I was lucky, and indeed it was just the battery that had died. Recommended.

I got two of these for a Cyberpower PFCLCD 1500va UPS. These batteries last about two years. Some may last up to three years. The battery has been a good fit. Good value for the money. No issues so far.

My cyber power 800AVR UPS would no longer continuously power my devices during power outages. I looked up the model number on the cyberpower website to get this RB1290 replacement battery part number. That's when I found this battery on Amazon with good positive reviews and 2-day prime shipping for almost half the price of the cyber-branded product. User installation only takes a few minutes using a screwdriver. Go watch youtube videos to see how easy it is to replace the USP batteries. Then charge it up for a few hours, test to make sure the UPS is working when unplugged, or simply return the battery. It only comes with a 1-year warranty (vs 18-months or the cyber power brand), but if it works for 1, 2, or even 3 years then I will be very happy. Will report back if the battery stops working before the 1 and 2 year mark.
