Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts: The Complete Series [DVD]

I’m a huge KIPO fan and when I saw that they had a DVD of the complete series I had to get it. It is definitely worth every penny. The menu is easy to Navigate and it’s super easy to pick and choose which episodes you wanna watch or just play them all back to back! Either way this is so worth it!!!

I couldnt find this any other way since I dont have Netflix anymore, so glad I could get a copy.

Another movie I Will admit I absolutely love and had to personally own

So you are looking for Kipo, but can’t find it on Blu-ray? Me neither! So, I got this one. I was definitely surprised and slightly impressed Kipo looked so good on my 55” 4k TV using a Blu-ray player. The only visual “fuzzy” is the menu. It’s really quiet satisfying to see most of the quality remain on a cartoon with very little fuzz, blur, distortion, or anything of that nature. I definitely recommend purchasing!

Disc and case both came in good condition

I bought this DVD set because after Netflix instituted their ad-supported system, Kipo was unavailable to watching unless I upgraded my plan. I was overjoyed to see this entire series available in a physical form, considering that other recent Netflix series have no physical releases as of yet (like Arcane, Carmen Sandiego, Dead End: Paranormal Park, Hilda, Twelve Forever, Komi Can't Communicate, and the last two seasons of She-Ra and the Princesses of Power). I originally started this series after watching the aforementioned She-Ra reboot, recognizing the voice of Karen Fukuhara (who voiced Glimmer in that series). While its been a while since I watched this series, I am excited to do so again, without depending on a streaming service! I checked each disc in my Blu-ray player and all of them were playable, and have captions! Which is great!There is one negative which gives this four-stars. The Blu-ray box was damaged. Luckily, I was able to repair it in a DIY fashion, but unfortunately, the return window had elapsed by the time I got around to checking the discs to make sure they were playable. As such, I was unable to return them. Otherwise, I was satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend this series to others.

It arrived great! All the dvd's work well and they all have video and audio on them! The only bad thing I'd say is that the foil for the dvd case is a bit wrinkled but it's not the end of the world

What a brilliant show this is. The world they have created is colourful and original, with a cast of characters that just keep on surprising with their depth. There is so much to love here for viewers of all ages, and the end result is inclusive without ever being preachy or in your face. Moreover the writers clearly respect the intelligence of their audience, with witty dialogue and storylines that are genuinely affecting. The music is great as well and some of the voice work outstanding. Special mention must be made of the wonderful Dan Stevens as the villain/anti-hero of the piece, the magnificent Scarlemagne. Even if you don't usually watch cartoons you must watch this one. Its up for an Emmy and richly deserves to win, and to get a much bigger audience.
