Very good product

When you have a laundromat. It makes it easier when shutting off the water when you have multiple machines. They are five-year hoses that were a year and a half old.

I had braided stainless steel hoses connecting my washing machine to the water bibs. Those steel hoses started leaking. I replaced them with these rubber supply hoses, which were easy to install, seem well made, and make it easy to keep track of which line is for hot and which is for cold when making the connections.

Seems to be working great so far on our old washer. The female hose ends fit snuggly and no leaking with hand tightening if one remembers to install the gasket rings as one should. ;/We were leery that the hot water line in particular was going to have problems. However, after feeling under the faucet lip on the hot water, I noted a corrosion burr with my finger. I sanded this off by hand with 600 grit emory paper (purchased in a pack here on Amazon), and that did the trick.On the washer end, this vintage washer has plastic male intakes and our old 20+ year old hoses we no longer seating well on these (after we cleaned out the stainless steel fine mesh "thimble" filter traps on them earlier in 2021). As mentioned above, this was not an issue for these new hoses and they went on with easy hand tightening without issue. Whew! We were really worried they wouldn't and we'd have to take some more drastic measures with regard to our old washing machine!As others have noted in reviewing these hoses, they appear to be lower flow (smaller diameter hoses internally) than spec 3/4" appliance hoses. We found this to be the case but this isn't a big deal for us because, based on the amount of crap our thimble filters in the washer intake ports, are main issue for flow is loose particulates being caught in those as they come in from our water system. In other words, unless one cleans this washer's thimble filters frequently (like very frequently!) then the limitation in flow will be from these filters catching things and not from the amount of water that can theoretically forced by pressure into the washer. To put this another way, we are planning on cleaning out these filters at most once per year. Based on our experience this past year with cleaning out the filters once at the beginning of the year and then again just now, it is the particulates caught in these filters that are limiting the flow significantly over time, and to such a degree that the slightly smaller bore of these new hoses is almost a complete non-issue.

Product seems ok; the hoses indicate "UPC" but I don't believe mine said "Made in USA" like the ones in the product photos. Bigger problem is that mine only came packaged with two washers! You need four to hook up both lines. Accordingly, I was only able to replace one line, and will have to procure two washers before I can hook up the other line.I didn't bother opening and checking the package for all the washers when it was delivered several months ago (I saw a couple floating around in the sealed, clear plastic bag and assumed all four were accounted for). Silly me; and so missed by return/exchange window.

These hoses replaced very old ones on the clothes washer. Be aware to screw on fingers only then use a plier for a tad to tighten securely. Don't forget nozzle washers. You have a couple of hoses on the inside of the washer that may be time to check out.

The hoses seem well made and long lasting. However, I am a bit uncomfortable about connecting the non-brass coupling to the brass cutoff valves in the wall box. At the other end, the washing machine inlet valve is plastic, so the non-brass coupling won't be a problem. It will probably be a good idea to periodically remove and reinstall the coupling at the wall box end to try to prevent potential corrosion between the different metals - but it's likely that I'll forget to ever do that. Time will tell if I should have looked harder for washing machine hoses with brass fittings.

Good quality I like the fact its made in USA. Being Red and Blue is great. The one thing is i only needed 6 feet not 10. But the 10 was cheaper So I brought the 10 feet. You would think the 6 feet hose would be cheaper. Other then that its been great.

Good hose for the price. My issue is that my red hose leaks heavily at one of the connectors. Not sure if it's the gasket not fitted properly to seal the water pressure from forcing out. Its Very disappointing. Otherwise the hose would've been 5 star perfect.

Ordered this to move my washer bit far from water connection . Came as described . Fitted well. Good price .
