Pup has medium hair length & absolutely loves the massage he gets when he is being groomed. Works wonderful for quick hair pickup on our truck and car seats and even does a good, quick hair pickup for clothes that have had a little to much hairy puppy love. Tried glove on son's boarder collie, although it didn't get much of her thick hair (med-long & it is not her time to shed yet) the glove still penetrated her thick hairs to the point of her laying down and wanting the underside massaged too.

I have only used this brush a handful of times (to clean my couch) and yet it is already falling apart. The little nubs on the brush have either worn down completely or are about to fall off, leaving little blue rubber pieces all over my couch. Do not order this. I would like to get my money back.

Update: The cuff began to detach from the mitt within the first week. it is still usable and the dog still likes it, but I lowered the rating to 3 stars from 5. I bought it for my neighbor's dog which sheds a lot. I have only used it once so far but the dog really likes it. It seems to get the hair off the dog well and it is easy to remove the hair from the glove. I wish I would've purchased one for my dog (who doesn't shed) because the other dog seems to enjoy the feel of the glove.

I have 3 cats and a dog--I cat hates it, 2 cats and a dog love it. It doesn't remove a ton of fur but it's enough and they love the massage. For the price, a good purchase. Having 2 would be even better!

Horrible quality and didn't do good job taking all the hair out. I thought it was for big dogs as well. Mone is German Shepherd nd it did not do its job on him.

Arrived as described. One side is the rubber for grooming cats. The other side is made of the same material as a standard lint brush. My three cats were a little leery initially of the large, funny-looking hand, but this lasted about 5 minutes. They now love it! The rubber side pulls quite a bit of fur off the cats and the lint brush side works well to pick up stray fur on me and the furniture. The hand is large and the Velcro strap works adequately to hold the glove to my wrist.

Does not pick up the hair like others I have used. It just combs.

My dog loves being brushed with this glove and it very effectively removes and collects the hair. It is easy to peel the hair away from the glove and discard it. However, because it doesn't have a clearly defined thumb, I find it hard to grip the glove and it makes it difficult for me to use it. I have an average size woman's hand.
