Easy to use, good customer service. Used to replace transmission, power steering, and brake fluids, plus bleed brakes by myself without assistance. Hand pump was fine to extract, but connecting an air compressor is the way to go. Had a minor crack in the external tube holder that did not impact performance; customer service sent a replacement the next day. Very happy with the product and customer service. the large reservoir was actually more than needed to pump out a transmission via the dipstick. The truck's maintenance manual says 7 quarts of ATF to fill if dropping the pan, was only able to extract 3.5 quarts via the dipstick.

Only one issue was the twist on connector for the main suction tube to the tank was difficult to turn and the retaining clips look as if they may deform with repeated use.

This product worked very well for what I needed it for.I accidentally overfilled the oil in my car (Honda civic) and needed to have it drained. It wasn’t safe to drive and didn’t have a jack so I decided to order and use this.The pump was easy to use and pressurized nicely. It did take a few hours to drain my car and I had to turn it on a couple of times to warm up the oil, but slowly and steadily it did fully drained.Maybe a bit of user error trying to get it connected through the dipstick inlet, but I got it figured out eventually. It isn’t super intuitive how to hook it up, but I’m really not a car guy so maybe that’s just my own incompetence.There were no leaks and everything drained safely into a proper disposal container.My only complaint is that it was slow (took 2-3 hours) but I can’t really blame the product since the laws of physics really were to blame. The internal diameter of the tubes is just quite small because it has to fit through the dipstick inlet.TLDR:Good product if you need to use it occasionally, but I wouldn’t rely on it for regular use. Good for what it is and does.I recommend in my situation. Definitely not if going to be using regularly.

works very well for the cost, and the fact it's both air and hand pump is very great. comes with a lot of different hoses. highly recommend. even seems to be built of good materials despite the low cost compared to the mityvac name brand one.
