Good to chew after meals
I have started to chew a few fennel seeds to aid in digestion, it seems to help me. Fennel added to my spinach balls makes you swear there is sausage in them too. Nice product, would recommend.

As far as I can tell it's good stuff.
I don't know that much about it, tastes fine I guess. Guy in a video praised the benefits of fennel seeds, chews them whole, good for teeth, etc. I tried that, not bad, also made tea with them. Maybe they will help in the long run who knows?

Not filled all the way and the listed item was wrong.
The powder is much lighter than the picture so Iβm not sure whatβs that about but it does seem to be grounded nicely. Unfortunately they do not fill up the bottle. The bottle is only filled below the label line. Also I ordered the 1.5 lbs of Ground Fenugreek but they only gave me the 7 oz. Even in the description when selecting the bottle it says it was for 24 oz which equals to a 1.5 lbs. Hopefully this is remedied and they fix all of these issues.

Chai Spices
I so enjoy Chai Tea Latte.I purchased this product with the hopes of adding that extra Chai flavor along with tea bag and milk. I was not disappointed. Plus save $$ not stopping at Starbucks. If your looking for that Chai/milk tea flavor this is your go to spice.

Spice Up Your Biryani Game
Picture this: a food-loving adventurer armed with a jar of Pride Of India's Indian Biryani Masala Seasoning Spice embarks on a quest to create the perfect biryani. Join me on this flavor-filled journey, filled with laughter, mishaps, and a few unforgettable moments.First Impressions:As I eagerly opened the packaging of Pride Of India's Biryani Masala, a delightful aroma filled the air. The medium-sized dual sifter jar was easy to handle and had an eye-catching label that screamed authenticity. It promised to elevate my vegetable and meat pilaf to new heights. With these high hopes, I couldn't wait to put it to the test. The Adventure Begins:I started my culinary expedition by following the recipe provided on the jar. The instructions were straightforward and easy to understand. As I measured out the recommended amount of seasoning, a burst of vibrant colors greeted my eyes. The blend of spices looked promising, and I couldn't help but feel a tinge of excitement.Into the Pot:With the masala in hand, I carefully added it to my layered vegetable and meat pilaf. The sifter jar allowed for precise sprinkling, ensuring an even distribution of flavors. As I stirred the dish, the aroma intensified, tantalizing my senses and making my mouth water. It was at this point that I couldn't help but feel like a master chef, ready to create a masterpiece. The Taste Test:The moment of truth arrived as I took my first bite. The flavors were robust, with a perfect balance of spices. The masala delivered a gentle heat, adding a subtle kick to each mouthful. The blend of spices was well-rounded, enhancing the overall taste of the biryani. However, I must admit, the flavors didn't quite reach the heights I had anticipated. It lacked the depth and complexity I had experienced with other biryani masalas.A Comedy of Errors:While the taste was satisfactory, my cooking journey didn't go entirely as planned. In the midst of my excitement, I accidentally added a bit too much masala to the dish, resulting in an unintentionally spicy biryani. It was a comedy of errors, with me fanning my mouth and my family laughing at my misadventure. However, it wasn't entirely the fault of the masala itself, but rather my own overzealousness in the kitchen.Versatility for Vegetarians and Vegans:One aspect I appreciated about Pride Of India's Biryani Masala is its suitability for vegetarians and vegans. It provided a fantastic opportunity to create flavorful plant-based biryanis, catering to a wider range of dietary preferences. The masala's ability to infuse vegetables with delicious spices was commendable, allowing me to experiment with various combinations.Packaging and Shelf Life:The medium-sized dual sifter jar was not only convenient to use but also kept the spices fresh for a considerable period. However, the jar's lid was a bit tricky to close tightly, which made me worry about potential spillage if not handled with care. Additionally, while the packaging claimed a long shelf life, I noticed a slight decrease in flavor potency after a few months. Conclusion:In my adventurous quest with Pride Of India's Indian Biryani Masala Seasoning Spice, I encountered highs and lows. Although the masala delivered on its promise to enhance the flavors of my biryani, it fell short of creating an exceptional culinary experience. The mishap with the spiciness

Really great taste.
I'd been trying to make my own spice blend, but found it getting too expensive experimenting with different amounts of spices. This cuts all that out. You get a slight ginger flavour come through, and the subtle but definitely there flavours of the cinnamon and cloves. If you're getting in to masala chai then this is for you. I usually use 1 teaspoon per cup I make, but I did start with Β½tsp 1st. Surprisingly larger container than it looked, so will last a decent amount of time. Highly recommended for people new to masala chai to see if it really is your "cup of tea" π€£π
