Sanity keeper
I have been using Sue Hooley's planners for years. It helps me to write out all the important to do's for the week, as well as appointments, birthdays, etc. the little menu block is so important for keeping this busy homeschooling momma of six from being stressed over what to make for dinner when it's 5:00 and we are all hungry. I use the monthly section to keep track of money I spend, to help keep me on budget. Another favorite feature are the many project and task pages in the back. I use these for wish lists, curriculum buying plans, daily routines and schedules, and to plan trips, holidays or room makeovers. There are a couple of new features that I love. One is a section in the front with a few lined blocks on several pages. I am using it to write out goals and habits to focus on. Another is a cute page dedicated to gift ideas, and the last one is a page to jot down clothing sizes. These new sections have taken an old favorite and made it the perfect planner for me! Writing down all those pesky tasks that must get done and all the birthday parties, and upcoming events helps me to declutter my mind so that I can focus on living in the moment with joy.

My 3rd year using Sue Hooley's planner
This is my 3rd year using Sue Hooley's planner. Since it is spiral bound it is easy to write in. You'll be able to customize this planner to meet your own style and needs. There are plenty of pages to write down thoughts, ideas, etc. One thing I like is that the shopping/list pages are perforated so after I make my list I can easily and neatly tear it out to take with me. It is truly a planner because it has sections for tasks and projects. It also acts as a diary if you wish. There are two pockets. I definitely need to keep my Cincinnati Reds baseball schedule handy in one of the pockets. There is a pretty picture on the front, but it has the same picture on the back and on all seven tabs. A little more variety would be nice. I would also suggest having a few graph pages to facilitate project sketches.

Love this planner!!
This is my second planner from Homemaker's Friend. Last year I purchased a leather bound planner from one of those big companies and I ended up hating all the extra clutter in it and how thick and bulky it was. I've gone back to this one because it is the perfect size and has everything I need without a lot of unnecessary paper clutter.I love the bible verses and being able to see my appointments, menu and tasks for each day all on one page! It's small enough to fit in my purse but big enough to write legibly. I use my phone for my shopping list so I use the shopping lists in the planner as my prayer list! It's perfect :)

Favorite Daily Planner
This is my third year in using the Sue Hooley planners. I love all the sections and as usual, the scriptural references are spot on, for every week. Sometimes its as if my whole year was planned ahead of time. Most daily planners I've used over the years never have enough pages to accommodate keeping track of a full schedule. I find that at the end of the year, once I review, there are always extra pages left that I didn't even use. This is definitely more than enough. I would highly recommend this planner and will continue to buy them every year they are available.

Pastel peach print a big no no ... Otherwise a good planner
2017 was my first purchase of this planner. Although it has kept me organized, somewhat, I literally have had to use a magnifying glass to be able to view the writing and dates in this planner. I do wear eyeglasses, and still have a difficult time deciferring the print, which is a pastel peach color printing on an even darker peach color highlight background. I gave it 3 stars because of the spiral binding, and organized sections. Would have been 5 stars if the print had been black, and thus, I wouldn't have needed to use a magnifying glass every time I picked up this planner. Now am searching for 2018 planner, and I see that this maker went for pastel green print. Not sure how that will show.... my search continues.

Perfect planner to go along with Gillian Perkins' book "SORTED"
I bought the 2016 version in October of 2016 because I wanted to get a head start on being organized for 2017. The price was worth it, even for only 2 1/2 months. The weekday font of the 2016 version was a little too fancy, almost unreadable, but the 2017 font is great. I don't like planners that have too much room for each day because, generally speaking, besides all the daily things, I can only do about 3 extra things on any given day. This one is PERFECT! All in all, a fabulous planner!

Great planner!
This planner has been working very well for me! I like that it has different sections for the year, month and week so it has a lot if space to record things. The bible versus on each page of the week are encouraging and I like the soft colors throughout. The back pocket is nice to have for putting notes or reciepts. It even has a page for clothing sizes which has come in handy to keep track of which child is wearing what size. Highly recommend!

I needed something bigger. My scrawl is too big maybe. I gave this then to my mom who is loving it. The grocery lists, the calendars...she is super happy for the new year! Will fit in a normal purse.
