I actually made fun of it
When I first saw this, I actually made fun of it. T wasn't until my sister told me to double pump to make pumping faster, yet massage the breast to help with milk flow. Since I don't have a thirst arm, I decided to cave in and get one of these bras. Holy cow! This thing is awesome! It really is hands free and holds the bottles for you; I sit and play a game on my phone while it pumps away. The only thing I don't like about it is, the last set of hooks (since it hooks in the front) pokes me in my chest and is uncomfortable; other wise, like I said...great item. I would recommend this to anyone!I wear size 36-38 DD and bought a medium; fits very well.In my picture, that white part at the bottom is my actual bra that I pulled down, not apart of the pumping bra.*I hope my review was helpful for you!

Buy it!
I loved this bra! It is really good quality! I was a little skeptical because theres so many out there and this one did not have many reviews but i went for it and made a good choice. The size does run a little big so id suggest go down a size so that u ensure its tight and able to hold the pump. Im currently wearing a 38-40D bra and ordered a Large. Since it was a little big i made my own alterations and now im 100% happy.

So convenient! I was hesitant about getting a hands free pump bra because they seemed like it would be difficult to get lined up and comfortable and secure. I also did not want to spend a lot on one. I decided to try this one out and I am very happy I did! It is soft stretchy material and very comfortable. I saw the reviews that said this bra runs small, so I ordered a medium even though I usually wear XL and XXL bras. It fits nice and snug on the tightest setting right now. I like the hook and eye closures, I didn't want a velcro closure to pull at my clothes and sweaters. I am very happy with this purchase, pumping is more convenient now!

Probably recommend for larger breasted women
This product seems to work ok depending on the customers' size. As other reviews have mentioned this product does seem to run big. I wore a 34B before pregnancy and now wear a 36C. I ordered the small and it fills good when I'm full and start pumping, but by the time I am done pumping I sometimes have to hold the breast shield to form a good seal for the last couple minutes. The bra does have 3 rows of hooks, which is nice, but again I hook them on the tightest row. If this bra stretches at all over time I won't be able to use it. If you are smaller than a 34/36C I would probably recommend looking for a different product because the small won't fit you.

Soft and stretchy, but runs large
Amazing! Very soft and stretchy. I hook it on my size and just pull it over my head each time I use it. I am using the bra to pump hands free while working so I want to stay and covered as possible. I just wear a nursing tank, a stretchy tank, and a regular shirt; I pull the regular shirt up, the stretchy tank down, and my nursing bra gives me access to use the pumping bra. I bought this to replace my old Medela hands free pumping bra I used for 2 years while pumping for my son. The Medela was a size Large and getting too small to zip. I wear a size 38DD or XL nursing bras in most brands. I bought the medium Hands Free Pump and it fits perfect on the tightest setting, so this bra RUNS LARGE. If you wear smaller than a 38DD it may not work as a hands free bra.

Not true to size, very stretchy!
I like the product, but found them not true to size. It's very stretchy, so there's a lot of give in the fabric, which doesn't help when you need the bra to be more taught to hold the pumping attachments with bottles in place. I kept the product and used my sewing machine to make it much smaller/tighter. I'd recommend getting at least one size smaller. I also had to reinforce the stitches on both sides of the openings, as they were coming undone and made it harder to hold the attachments. Other brands may be of better quality and truer to size, but are more expensive from what I've seen. So you get what you pay for here, but I made it work.

I bought a medium and I feel like I probably could've purchased the small
Giving 4 stars just because I wish this product were tighter but overall it gets the job done. I needed something to give me my hands back while I pump at work and this has definitely done just that. I bought a medium and I feel like I probably could've purchased the small. It's really stretchy so I feel like there's some extra give to it which sometimes makes the bottles feel heavy while I'm pumping but overall it does exactly what I was needing; let's me work with both hands while I pump.

Worst pumping bra ever
I really HATE this bra. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. 1)I followed the size guide and got a medium. Even on the tightest clasps, I feel like it's too big. I even went so far as to tie a knot in the back to get rid of the extra fabric. 2) it stretches after 1 wear, so I'm left CONSTANTLY pulling it up while I pump. So annoying. Even with the knot in the back, it's still stretched out enough to keep slipping 3) the material is flimsy/cheap. Which is probably why it doesn't hold its shape for more than 1 session. 4) the slits are too big and doesn't hold the flanges securely. Breasts heavy with milk + pumping equipment + gravity = everything is pulled in a downward direction. Do not buy this bra. Put the money towards a better quality item. One that will truely leave you hands free.
