LOVE IT!
Love the colors, very vibrant and "popping". Love the texture especially after washing it will get softer. Great to knit with, doesn't split or peel. The ball is large, so you can easily make a pair of mid-calves/knee socks.

I love long color repeat yarn- there are so many creative ways to use it so that the colors do more than just make stripes. Anyhow, this is a nice variation on that theme. I'm making a circular feather and fan shawl (Hemlock Ring) and it looks really cool. I'm on my 3rd ball and haven't run into a single knot, which is always nice. The yarn has a smooth, crisp finish but is still pretty soft. I think it would wear well for socks.

Crazy!
Great fun to knit. Nice progression of colors. I have washed and dried the socks made of it and they seem fine Its a single ply so twists up a bit while you are working but not too badly..

Beginners may have difficulty, I know I did
I reallllllly loved the colors in this yarn, so much so that after a week where it was constantly rolling through my thoughts I caved. It was by far thge most I have ever spent on yarn, but I had no problem paying for quality.I tried so many times to work with it to no avail. I experimented with different stitches and patterns, even hook sizes. I even tried Tunisian and Entrelac! I just couldn't get the tension even, and I had to move so slow that the thought of how long it would take to crochet anything larger than a 4" by 4" gauge swatch made me want to cry. I don't know, maybe it's me but the yarn was so fine and lightweight that I couldn't keep it from sliding around my hook and away from my fingers. I would finally wrangle the yarn into submission and the tension would either be so tight I couldn't get my hook between the stitches or so loose that it looked like a handful of scribbles.I have admitted defeat. I think I'll stick to worsted weight or larger for now, sadly. I must mention though, the colors were as vibrant and beautiful as the photos.

Beautiful Yarn
I chose this yarn to make my 14 year old granddaugter some fingerless gloves so that she could continue txting all winter without having her hands be cold. I am very pleased with the way the yarn worked up and the beautiful vivid colors. I have been complimented severaly times from people asking me where didi I get my yarn. Always say how beautiful it is. I would deffinetaly recommend this yarn to others.
