Needed soon TLC
Never owned one of these before, so, I've nothing to compare it to. Pinwheel fell off shortly after receiving product, but, I was able to put it back together and with a few firm taps with a small hammer it's been perfect since. Pins weren't as sharp as expected, but easily remedied with a file and now it will draw blood. Love it and the price is right.

Great tool
The media could not be loaded. It's great! It has some weight to it. I use it to stimulate my scars hair follicles but it's great for a massage tool. It's not too sharp and I can see it hurting if you pressed harder. The metal is nice quality. Spins well with no resistance.

The pins are not as pictured. They are dull. The wheel is also very loose and makes a lot of noise when rolling.

Very dull tips
I clearly didn't get the item shown as mine is very dull. You couldn't cause pain with it if you tried, which means it's also zero use for medical purposes. As a recreational item, it's disappointing but not a total loss.

I would not list this as fun
Listen it’s a wartenberg pin wheel. It is sharp in not used properly it can hurt. It is a medical tool. If you choose to do other things with it then that’s on you.
