Westinghouse Lighting 7047000 15' Swag Kit Brass Finish

I bought two of these and both were missing pieces. Both were missing the threaded bolt piece and looped end which allow you to attach the chain and a shade. Thankfully I went to my local Home Depot and they swapped them out for two they had in stock, which had all the pieces. Other than that, they are as advertised, maybe a bit on the cheap side. Instructions are clear and it took about 5 minutes to assemble.

It is good. I could not find shiny brass chain anywhere in town locally. I guess it is "passe" now?

Saved some $$ by using this kit to lower my dining room chandelier. Used some of the chain and some of the wire to do the job. All the rest is in the parts box!

I bought this to use on a chandalier that I installed in my apartment, it was perfect. I had no trouble installig this and making it work so that I can move my chandalier whenever I move. Made easy work to converting the light fixture to a swag lamp. I will purchase again if I need to do so. Highly recommend.

REVISION: This product did not work for me as I attempted to convert a chandelier to a swag chandelier because the wirings didn't match. The chandelier was silver and the swag was copper. So be sure to match your swag kits wiring type to your lamps.

Great quality at a good price. Looks and works great with a fan and light kit.

This kit does not include the "threaded loop" (as pictured) for suspending the lamp. it does include the hooks,mollys, switch ,chain and cord.. that's it! I bought this to save me a trip to the home improvement center, 30 minutes away. Looks like I'll be going there anyway.
