First time pattern user and found it fairly easy to produce a good fitting pair of shorts.
First time I have ever used a pattern. Found it fairly easy to follow though a couple of directions had me scratching my puzzler and logical thinking hubby had to help me out. Shorts came out really well, very good fit even though they are for teenagers and I'm a middle aged lady with, lets say, a few lumps and bumps lads wouldn't have! I managed to get them out of 1m of fabric by being very careful with the laying out and cutting, have a join in the waistband and use a different fabric on the inside pockets . I also found that I could go down 2 sizes from the one recommended by my measurements. All in all very pleased and only knocked 1 star off for unclear instructions in a couple of places.
