It's pretty good. But it's hotter than I expected.
I like it. It was just hotter than expected. It's not quite flavorful as some Rocoto sauce I've had before (and can no longer get). I think it's missing a tad of sweetness, and, tangy, the hot in this overwhelms other flavors a bit... compared to the one I fell in love with. This is still quite good. I'll probably buy it again.
