These are pretty good! I use them specifically for box braids and they hold up well. I don’t use them directly on my natural hair, but for braiding purposes, they do the job just fine.

These bands are THICK. They provide great hold but unless you have small wrists, you won't be able to hold these on your wrist because they are too tight. I can wrap it twice in my hair, or once if I am putting up my 3a curls pineapple style for bed, but they won't go more than that. They also don't have too much pull. I prefer nylon ties.
