Great value for money with 400 pack which will last over 6 month, which is great! The tablets are easy enough to swallow, not to large in size and no real taste. The delivery was quick arriving next day. It worked as I expected. The capsules were quite large, but overall it was easy to swallow with a glass of water. I didn't feel much different after a week of use, but I feel like this is normal and expected as it works over long term use. The pills are packed with high strength ingredients and I can see this fitting into my daily routine well. It’s good value for money.

Great numbers of supplements that would last me a while. I do take supplements from this brand and always seen results so can’t wait to see the results as after 3 weeks it’s a bit to early to say more. The size of the supplements are ok make sure you take them with plenty of water as sometimes can stack in your throat. Others than that they are affordable too.

I got this one because my mum shared half of her bottle with me a while ago and i felt amazing taking them for more then 2 months hence why i got this for me. Great size that made them easy to swallow , definitely value for many taking into consideration how may are in a tube. Love that these are provided an overall daily intake of vitamins that i need and love how much energy i have after taking them for more than 2 month now . Would definitely recommend
