Rechargeable Wireless Caregiver Pager Smart Call Button Transmitter with Receiver 1000 Feet Range (1 Receiver only, Black,Can not Work Without Call Button)

Long range, and set up the pager, device in nothing flat with a additional receiver for my mother in law. The unit transmits through from one end of the house (in law apt) , and even makes it to my son's house over 300-400 feet. But that is a lot of walls, a garage on to the other side of his house. The only thing you could improve on is making it "waterproof". I am ordering another receiver for the downstairs so that I can hear it in my offices in the basement. The volume is great.

After my father had surgery, I purchased these so that he could let me know when he needs assistance while I was upstairs. Since September 2023, I have gone through two callers since the batteries died (~every 2-3 months or so), but support has been very responsive and sent replacements quickly each time. Well worth the money.

I bought this when my husband was confined to bed so that he could let me know when he needed help. Most of the call button receivers had to be plugged in to an outlet, which didn't work if I was outside or upstairs. This made it easy to carry with me when I was doing house or yard work. Simple to set up.

I received the package in good condition. I am very pleased with the product and I was able to set it up yesterday in my 3 room acupuncture clinic. It is important that my patients have a way to call on me when I am out of the room while they have their treatment. Thank you for following up with me!

Use these as a caregiver and they definitely work (aka LOUD). You can accidentally reset the handsets pretty easily by holding down one of the buttons so make sure you familiarize yourself with the manual before diving in. We've been using them for at least 6 months with no problems other than the one hiccup where we reset the devices and then had to re-pair them that was user error and that was on the receiver (caregiver) end (aka the person who can still easily see and read the instructions). The call button for the patient is super easy for our older client with failing eyesight to see and use (it's difficult for her to find contacts in her phone and she's never gotten the hang of siri).

I charged these for three hours as per instructions. It did not turn on. Nothing. I choose this item for the quick delivery, caring for a hospice patient, and needed it asap. Needless to say, I had to quickly order another brand of monitor that took two days to get, but the other brand was worth the wait. IT WORKED!

Likes: Quality product; ease in changing call sounds; ability to have 8 call buttons per receiver; receiver can be carried with me on very nice lanyard; love that you recharge and do not add batteries to landfill; call button is large and easy to see; longer range than my previous purchase--even rang at my neighbor's mailbox! The previous purchased receiver has to be plugged in and the range is shorter. It was more difficult to pair too.Dislikes: Need better directions in how to pair several devices to receivers but I finally figured it out. Wanted to speak with representative which I wasn't able to do but they responded quickly to e-mail. I finally used YouTube video on Amazon which helped to clarify process. It really wasn't difficult once I understood when you go to pair it immediately lights up next number which made me think it was pairing that number instead of the first one I chose. Needs to be waterproof as the shower is an area of worry for falls. I was told to put it in a watertight bag and place it high but if my husband fell he wouldn't be able to reach it from the floor.

Purchased this for my parents whom are in need of monitoring and primary care. Gives them greater peace of mind knowing they can quickly alert anyone home with a click of a button. Purchased as gift but gave it to them early so they can be at ease. I quickly saw the stress melt off their face when I gave it to them.They would try to reach me by phone during emergencies even when I was home but too far away to hear them. At times I would have a headset on and didn't hear their call for assistance. I now keep a receiver near me when I'm home which is easy to hear even when I have a headset on.They have a button in the bedroom and bathroom which they can quickly reach when necessary. This product is great as a backup safety net. I've had no issues with it thus far. It charges quickly and maintains the charge. Works the entire length of the apartment too without issue but I do recommend you have at least two receivers strategically placed where it can be heard clearly.
