Item is not waterproof - took less than 30 mins to leak and destroy my phone. DO NOT PURCHASE.

It arrived on time. It gives instructions to do a leak test by putting a Kleenex inside. Well the Kleenex got wet in the one corner. Sent communication in regards never heard back. I’m really glad it was just a Kleenex and not my phone. I tried to upload the picture of it for the review that I took that day but, it only allowed a limited visibility of gallery and it wasn’t in that viewing.

Have yet to use it in water but upon initial testing with an iPhone 7+, the phone does fit inside the pouch without my case on it but there is one huge drawback, the main button will not activate through the thick plastic. I would not expect the finger print sensor to work, but am surprised that the button will not work at all. You can text and such through the plastic but be warned, your center button will not work.Update after use: The screen does not work through the case when wet, cannot operate screen while under water and the center button never works while in the case. On the upside, the case did not leak even at roughly 20 feet underwater.

This is one of the best products I have bought on Amazon! It worked perfectly for our vacation at the beach and in the pool. I have an iPhone XR and it fit my phone and my key Fob to my car and hotel key. It kept everything dry and sand proof and I was able to use my phone through the case and record underwater. At first I was scared to put my phone in the water with the keys but after a while my phone was underwater for who knows how long and still was completely protected. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!!!

I got this case not to take IN the water but just to protect my phone from splashes of water and sand getting on it. However, since it is supposed to be water proof, I thought I would also do the water test. I filled my sink with water, the case with a tissue and held the case under for 10 or 15 seconds. Tissue was completely dry! I know 10-15 seconds isn't a long time but it dosnt take water long to seep into something and I was really impressed because like I said I mostly am worried about splashes not submersion. I love how I can still use the touch screen while phone is safely in case and the strap that goes around my neck is a perfect length. Very happy and would recommend!

This was great! I was able to take so many videos of my daughter and our dogs in our pool. I didn’t totally submerge it!but it kept my phone completely dry.Now, if the phone companies would come up with a screen we can easily see when we’re outdoors.
