Very poor and worst product.Waste of money.Better don't buy this product.Worst quality plastic, when u start steaming process u get more and more plastic odour. I'm a regular customer of Amazon, I'm not at all satisfied with this product.I did not expect this from amazon

Wire could've been lengthier
Quality is okayish and machine does its job, but was delivered in plain brown box which denotes product is not a branded one..

Vendors are sending defective pieces.
I would stop ordering from Amazon. Most of time things sent are defective. This steamer doesn’t form the steam even after plugging for one hour. And there is no clear return policy.

Steam doesn’t come out.. Do not waste money on this. Amazon is delivering defective products these days, which doesn’t even have return option.

Very poor quality product
Poor quality, generates more plastic odor than steam. Parts don't fit well. Hole in nozzle looks like it has been made by hand using a sharp object.
