This was easy to setup and looks nice. The instructions were easy to read and all the parts/tools were provided. It’s very comfortable and you can really feel the lumbar support. I love that the arm rests can be up or down. Bought on Prime Days and was a great price!

I've had this chair for just over 2 years. Biggest issue I've come across is the chair slowly drops in height throughout the day. This started happening about a year in but it wasn't as noticeable as it is now. I'm also 5'5 and find the highest height to be a bit too short for my liking. If it sinks even a little bit, I feel like my legs are too bent for it to be comfortable. The chair padding is still comfy and the back support is ok but I have scoliosis and there isn't much that can be done about that
