I think this is a fantastic jump rope, the only thing that stopped me from making this a 5 star product is that when entering the weight it will only let you go 5lbs shy past 100lbs. Which is frustrating ecspecially since the instructions say the weight limit is over 200lbs.

Second rope I've purchased. Bought second one for a friend. So far I've found nothing better than this rope.

No assembly instructions at all.How am i supposed to know how to attach the rope to the sensor/calorie counter handle?

Soooo cool !! How awesome to have a calorie counting jumprope - this really pushes me to go longer in my workouts! So happy to finally have a a rope at home of my own! The handles are sturdy and durable. I really love this!I love jump ropes! I used to be in boxing classes and the jump ropes were like the ones from elementary gym class. This jump rope is so great I feel like you get a better workout because it is just that much better quality equipment. It is nice too because you can adjust it, so my wife who is significantly shorter than me can use the same jumprope no problem. It is really good for cross fit cardio workouts where you need to do double under jumps and things like that.The rope it self is amazing quality. The materials seem like they are top of the line. I love it. It is a great addition to our growing home gym. It came with a nice bag for it to fit in too, so you can always know where it is / keep our home gym organized. Dailymate has detail oriented sports products, this jump rope is the best I've ever owned. Received this today and love it. It comes well packaged in a box with instructions (which are not needed because this is so simple to operate). I used both the indoor and outdoor cords, and they are easy to attach. You slip them in at the ends, and they rotate on each side so the cords don't get jumbled up.I appreciate that it is easy to switch between indoor and outdoor cords, because I wanted something to get the heart rate going when I have been sitting at my office desk too long without hitting the ceiling or disturbing other rooms in the building. It seems odd that you would use a jump rope with just two weighted balls at each end, since you aren't even really "jumping." However, you don't have to worry about the rope getting tangled around your feet, you don't need to stop, and best of all you actually feel like you are jumping (even though you are just air jumping). There is an extra battery, and it is easy to read the digital print to see how many calories you've just burned. 5-10 min every hour after sitting at my desk and I figure I should see some significant health benefits, along with running outside or riding my bike. I had looked at under the desk ellipticals, which seem expensive and cumbersome. I also had looked at treadmill desks. I would rather just do something every hour for a short time that was an intense workout, studies have shown it leads to increase Vo2 and is better for you anyway.As a disclaimer, I received this at a discount in exchange for an unbiased and truthful review. When I initially ordered this item I expected your basic Crossfit Jumprope.. I saw calorie counter and I was sold.I figured I would be outside with my child using this item because of the ceiling fans in the house and I really wasn't looking forward to the heat and exercise combined.So I open the package and hand it to my son because he is really enjoying trying out everything to the max... He comes to me after he weighs himself and sets up the lcd display settings... with 2 handles and 2 balls... wait. whaaa?I was confused to say the least.So he starts using it and laughing at me being so worried about the ceiling fans... This jump rope is perfect for indoor and outdoors!It beeps and counts reps and calories burned and works really well. I am thrilled that this can be used 2 ways and this is going to be a great repeat buy as a gift. Lots of my friends are cross fitters and this is BOSS!I am reviewing this item in exchange for a reduced cost or free, I love giving reviews and getting really fantastic items!! . I see reviews all the time and I was concerned about ordering things without honest reviews. SO I found a great site and joined them to make Amazon a better shopping experience. It does the job it says it does. It's not my favorite jump rope in the world, but you get what it says it does. So, no complaints here. Just don't expect a high quality workout, but a good one nonetheless.
